Document Description
SJFD plans to install a gate on the secondary access road just north of the Buena Vista Pumping Plant. To do this work, a hydro vacuum truck will be used to excavate 2 holes on opposite sides of the secondary access road. Gate posts will be placed into the holes. Concrete will be poured into the holes to secure the posts. Lastly, a gate will be fabricated and installed using hand tools. Work is estimated to take a few days to complete. All work will take place within the DWR right of way. This work is necessary to prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the plant via the secondary access road.
