Reasons for Exemption
All projects funded through this program will take place at existing beach and coast facilities that currently accommodate many users. The new and repaired wheelchairs, walkers, and other low-tech equipment will facilitate safe access by certain beach users as part of the operation of those beaches and will not expand current use of these beach facilities.
