The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-TUL-26718-R4 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Deer Creek Storm Water District. The Project consists of activities related to routine, annually reoccurring maintenance within a 76-acre total area along approximately 6.25 miles (33,000 linear feet) of bed and bank of Deer Creek. Maintenance activities include sediment removal, erosion repair, trash removal, and vegetation management.
