Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Use Permit to allow for the parking and operation of a Mobile Food Truck on a 5.84-acre previously-developed parcel (APN: 070-010-032 | West Sonoma Inn). The food truck is proposed to be parked between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week, in the overflow parking lot northeast of the Inn’s main reception office. No new structures or storage are proposed, and garbage disposal will be captured by the shared use of the Inn's existing commercial bins with a small garbage can located at the food truck. The operation will be staffed by the truck owner, with no additional employees proposed. Customers will have use of the Inn's existing parking areas and bathrooms, including an accessible spot in the adjacent Inn reception office parking area.
