Document Description
Temporary water right application to divert water from the Sacramento River via the Tehama-Colusa Canal between Dec 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024. Diverted water will then be released into the Colusa County Water District distribution system and thence to trickle flow into Salt Creek and Elk Creek for groundwater recharge. Water will later be pumped during the 2024 irrigation season for beneficial use.
