Reasons for Exemption
Categorical Exemption Class 3, exempts water main extension including street improvements to serve such construction. The pipeline is 4571 ft long with approximately half the pipeline within right of way. Remaining portion follows an existing dirt road leading to an existing pump station. The pipeline would be installed within this dirt road and along the edges of the road alignment. All trees and vegetation would be replaced and/or protected and surfaces returned to existing conditions following construction.
