Document Description
Upgrade the Finley Aquatic Center to provide a multi-generational water play experience featuring an assortment of elements. The small tot pool and raised lawn area behind it will be replaced with a splash pad and a variety of automatic and manually operated spray features. New shaded picnic areas are planned on either side and a new pool mechanical building and cistern to service the splash pad.

Additionally, the site has a "past history" of being utilized as an aquatic center, and the modifications would not represent a change in the facility's operations.
