Document Description
The purpose is to perform utility potholing at 92 locations in respect to the project to rehab pavement and drainage systems, upgrade guardrail, lighting and sign panels and to upgrade facilities to Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards and enhance highway worker safety improvements. All work will be within the State right-of-way on paved land.
