SWP Agreement #23047 provides for a non-permanent transfer of up to 15,000 acre-feet of Santa Clara Valley Water District’s (Santa Clara) approved 2023 State Water Project SWP Table A water to KCWA, on behalf of its member unit, Belridge Water Storage District (Belridge), and Westside Mutual Water Company (Westside), a mutual water company with members who are landowners within Belridge. The delivery of water shall be completed by December 31, 2023 for use in KCWA’s service area.
