SWP Agreement #23043 provides for a non-permanent transfer of up to 12,000 acre-feet of Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Zone 7’s (Zone 7) approved 2023 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to the Westside Districts, which consists of Dudley Ridge and the following four KCWA member units: Belridge Water Storage District, Berrenda Mesa Water District, Lost Hills Water District, and Wheeler Ridge – Maricopa Water Storage District. The delivery of water shall be completed by December 31, 2023, for use in Dudley Ridge’s and/or KCWA’s respective service areas.
