The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-35849-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mark C. Ward. The project is limited to the cleanup and remediation of cannabis related impacts (see Attachment 1) on the parcels, maintaining the overall cleanliness of the properties, and providing documentation that no further cannabis cultivation operations impact stream resources on the properties for the entirety of the reporting period.
