Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of a 23,200 square foot industrial facility for the production and storage of stone building materials. The facility would consist of 2,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of warehouse space, 3,750 square feet of manufacturing space, and an approximately 800 square foot silo for concrete/stone dust. A total of 20 vehicle parking spaces would be provided adjacent to the office portion of the development with truck parking provided in the central portion of the site. A drainage basin would be located in the northeastern portion of the project site. The site would be fenced with two access gates and a third access point at the northeastern boundary of the site if needed. A meandering sidewalk with landscaping would be provided along Avenue H.
