Pursuant to the CEQA Exemption Memorandum, dated November 7, 2023, the City of Manhattan Beach determined that the proposed Coyote Management and Response Plan meets all criteria for a Common Sense Exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and 8 CE pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15308. Further, none of the exceptions, listed pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2, apply to the proposed plan.
