Document Description
DWR staff will drain the Crafton Hills Reservoir over 3 phases for outlet inspection and relining. After the reservoir level has been lowered, the outlet pipeline will be blasted clean and recoated with coating material. Outlet relining will take place within the pipeline. After completion of the coating, the reservoir will be refilled over a period of 240 hours at 10 cfs. All work is within DWR right-of-way.
