Document Description
Installation of a new 12 in. water main pipeline installed within a 24 in. casing. The pipeline will be installed using jack and bore method under SR-99 at Washington Avenue toward the east within the City of Tulare. Water main will be replaced along Gem Street starting 190 ft. south of Sandra Ave. and, new 12 in. main will be installed from the east side of SR-99 water main crossing along a PUE through private property utilizing open trench method. Project will facilitate another "loop" and more reliable system.
