Document Description
DWR is proposing to clear the mud and debris under the cattle guard at the entrance to Bluestone Pumping Plant (BLPP). The cattle guard has filled up with debris and is causing flooding. The cattle guard and V-ditches on the north and south will be reestablished for water flow and to prevent debris deposits in the future. This work will be completed using a backhoe, grader, water truck, boom truck, and hand tools. Work is anticipated to last two to three weeks.
