DGS is proposing the Sacramento WellSpace Health Project, an emergency sleeping cabins development that would construct approximately 175 prefabricated modular cabins sized less than 400 square feet, designed for double and single occupants. Other on-site structures and amenities (e.g., restrooms, dining, laundry, storage, security, and parking) would be constructed to support operation of the emergency sleeping cabins.
