Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to the MicroVention, (EPA ID# CAR000273185) to treat hazardous waste through a controlled reaction with a chemical solution. Specifically, nineteen (19) 100-milliliter (mL) containers of Dimethylacrylamide, six (6) 500-mL containers of 2-Methoxyethyl Acrylate, six (6) 500-gram containers and one (1) 100-gram container of Acryloyl Chloride, ten (10) 500-gram containers and sixteen (16) 100-gram containers of Methacryloyl Chloride, and four (4) 25-gram containers of 4,4 Azobis (4-Cyanovaleric Acid), must be stabilized prior to transport to an authorized hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility.
