Document Description
The Project is a Habitat Restoration Plan (HRP) for restoration activities on primarily County-owned or managed parcels located within the Tijuana River Valley Regional Park (TRVRP). The goal of the HRP is to identify, prioritize, and implement phased large-scale restoration. By developing a comprehensive HRP, invasive non-native plant species would be targeted for removal, and native plant restoration would occur over several independent phases.
