Document Description
The proposed Project would redevelop the site with two concrete, tilt-up warehouse/distribution facilities. Building 1 consists of a 200,000 square-foot industrial building with 194,000 square feet of warehouse, 6,000 square feet of office, 25 dock doors, 79 vehicle parking spaces, and 40 truck and trailer parking spaces. Building 2 consists of a 152,177 square-foot industrial building with 146,177 square feet of warehouse, 6,000 square feet of office, 18 dock doors, 108 vehicle parking spaces, and 1 truck and trailer parking space. Buildings 1 and 2 will have vehicle and fire access from Mountain Avenue and Malbert Avenue and truck access from Mountain Avenue only.
