Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-NAP-33683-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Nova Business Park LLC.
The Project is limited to extending a 36-inch diameter culvert at Site 1, filling a seasonal wetland to accommodate the construction of new roadways and infrastructure at Site 2, and wetland establishment and riparian restoration at Site 3. The project will result in 498 square feet and approximately 100 linear feet of permanent impacts to stream and riparian habitat including 171.17 square feet of wetlands, and 283.2 square feet and 17.2 linear feet of temporary impacts to stream and riparian habitat. The project will remove three and trim two Arroyo willows (Salix laevaegia). No dewatering will occur as part of the Project.
