Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes this Capitol Preventative Maintenance (CAPM) project along State Route 65 (SR 65) between post mile (PM) 4.0 to R9.42 in Yuba County. This project is needed as pavement, drainages, and transportation infrastructure on this segment of SR 65 are in fair or poor conditions and need to be improved to extend the life of transportation infrastructure. This project will restore pavement condition through the project limits; upgrade existing signs, Midwest Guardrail System (MGS), add sidewalk at McGowan, lighting, curb ramps, and Traffic Management Systems (TMS) elements; sidewalk and improve existing drainage systems as needed and deceleration and acceleration lanes.
