Document Description
A proposed reorganization consisting of the detachment of approximately 13 acres from the Fresno County Fire Protection District, the Kings River Conservation District, and the Consolidated Irrigation District and annexation of this territory to the City of Kingsburg and the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler County Sanitation District, said territory being located west of SR99, on the south side of east Stroud Avenue. The City of Kingsburg, acting as “Lead Agency” under CEQA, adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Matoian Reorganization filed with the Fresno County Clerk’s office on February 23, 2024, Document No. E202310000315, consistent with the requirements of CEQA.
