Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-IMP-28349-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Calnev Pipe Line. The Project is limited to impacts to streams associated with the excavation, examination, repair if needed, backfill and reinforcement of two pipeline segments that were exposed within an ephemeral stream. Concrete revetment mats will be placed over the pipelines on top of geotextile material. Riprap will be placed at the upstream and downstream edges of the revetment mats. The Project will also result in temporary impacts to streams associated with the placement of long timber mats across a stream located southeast of the exposed pipeline repair area to allow the movement of heavy equipment across the stream. The following Project activities are included under this Agreement: ? 0.12 acres of permanent impacts to streams associated with repair of the Frink Station Washout at the Project site. ? 0.06 acres of temporary impacts to streams associated with the repair of the Frink Station Washout at the Project site. ? 0.04 acres of temporary impacts to streams associated with the placement of long timber mats over a dirt road to provide access for heavy equipment to the Project site.
