Document Description
This Project involves the development of a 199-acre decommissioned dairy property
into a regional sports complex that will be divided into seven planning areas. Development of the Project site will also require installation of a sewer line in the Vineyard Ave ROW that will run south for 1.5 miles between Chino Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue.
The Project will result in impacts to 13.98 acres of Western burrowing owl (Athene cunicularia) habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of Western burrowing owl, which is/are designated as a candidate species under the California Endangered Species Act. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project
