SJFD staff plans to fix 15 erosions adjacent to pool 31 of the State Water Project. To repair these erosions, utility craft workers will fill and compact the erosions from the road using a backhoe. A dump truck will haul in fill material from the Buena Vista spoil site. A water truck may be used to aid in compaction and control dust. Staging will take place at the Buena Vista Pumping Plant. All work will take place within the DWR right-of-way. The work is estimated to take 1 to 2 days to complete. This work is necessary to protect the access roads from future rain events.
