Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) Permit for D.L. Bliss State Park to University of Nevada Reno (UNR) to relocate an existing Earthquake Early Warning System (seismic) station to another location within the park that has an existing solar powered ALERT Wildfire monitoring camera, to improve the transmission capabilities of the seismic station, and to consolidate existing monitoring equipment operated by UNR.
Work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit; and be coordinated with the Sierra District’s staff as identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
