Document Description
This extension modifies the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement term from March 20, 2024 to March 20, 2029.The project is limited to the seasonal diversion of water from Spanish Creek for irrigation on the adjacent agricultural land owned and operated by the Permittee. The project also includes the use and maintenance of two existing low water crossings. Additionally, gravel maintenance will occur as part of this project to maintain overall stream health and access to low water crossings.
