Document Description
The project consists of leasing existing buildings to establish a Fire Center in San Mateo County. The site contains eight buildings and appurtenant structures that were previously used as a high school and are owned by San Mateo County. The total square footage to be leased is approximately 47,964 sf and will house approximately 45-55 personnel including firefighters and fire hand crews.
Minor tenant improvements to the restrooms will be required. No other improvements are proposed.
