Document Description
The project consists of leasing existing office and warehouse space for regional construction personnel. The increase in CAL FIRE personnel has necessitated more office and storage space. The area to be leased consists of approximately 15,232 ± sf of space. Thirteen eventual personnel will utilize this space and includes a deputy chief, civil engineer, construction supervisor, building trades personnel, electricians, carpenters, and maintenance mechanics. Minor tenant improvements include security system/cameras, installation of automatic door openers and some data cabling. No other improvements are proposed.
