Document Description
The project will construct a 5x35 ft pier, a 16x16 ft sitting area, two 3x20 ft gangways, a 10x20 suspended platform, and a 15x28 ft covered boatlift. The project also includes driving 17 pilings. Tules are present adjacent to the project area but will not be impacted by project activities. A 30’x50’ floating barge with a track crane mounted to the barge will be used for construction activities and will be accessed from the lake. No land equipment will be used for the project.

Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Section 15303, Class 3, the project is construction of a private accessory structure. No littoral vegetation will be removed. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats.
