Subdivision Map Application S-2023-00582, submitted by L&S Redding Development, LLC, proposes to subdivide approximately 10.5 acres into 21 single-family residential lots as well as roadways and other supporting infrastructure to create the River Subdivision. No off-site improvements are proposed. All street and utility improvements will connect to existing systems located adjacent to the project boundaries. The storm drain system would connect to the Sacramento River directly adjacent to the subdivision after any required on-site water treatment.
