Reasons for Exemption
This ordinance permits the placement of small accessory structures in the street side setback of reverse corner lots in residential districts. Structures must be less than 120 square feet and not require building permit. These structures shall be behind a 6-foot fence and shall not block traffic from a visibility standpoint. Therefore, the placement of these small structures will not have a significant impact on the environment or surrounding properties.
