Document Description
The project consists of replacing ceiling tiles throughout the Department of Education Diagnostic Center with acoustic tiles or similar, replacing all lighting in the facility with energy efficient luminaries and providing photocells, dimming and switching controls. Work will also include replacing existing non-compliant door knobs with lever style hardware, remodeling the restroom to provide barrier free access, removing and capping utilities to multiple existing plumbing fixtures and replacing water damaged vinyl flooring tiles. All construction debris will be properly disposed of in compliance with existing regulations.
