Mitigated Negative Declaration for a MINOR USE PERMIT - AT&T proposes to install a (N) wireless facility consisting
of a (N) 117' Faux Water Tank Tower. Tower equipment to include (12) panel antennas, (36) RRUS and
(6) DC9 surge suppressors inside faux water tank. (N) ground equipment to include (1) CWIC equipment
shelter, (1) 20KW AC generator (w/140 gal total) diesel fuel tank, (1) GPS antenna, power & telco panels.
Power, telco and fiber/coax runs of approximately 300 linear feet in underground conduit. All equipment
to be enclosed within a 52' x 26' leasing area within a (N) 10' CMU wall.
