Document Description
Emergency road repairs needed as a result of 2022/2023 winter storm damage. A 36-inch culvert was undermined by heavy storm flows. The heavy flows also damaged the road shoulder and potentially undermined the road. Repairs will include excavation of the undermined road, culvert replacement, potential removal and replacement of utilities, excavation backfill, and installation of headwall and riprap.

The project consists of emergency repairs to public facilities damaged by 2022/2023 winter storms subject to federal, state, and local emergency declarations. The project is necessary to address unsafe conditions for residents and obstacles for emergency services, and to restore and maintain service essential to public health, safety, and welfare.
