Emergency road repairs needed as a result of 2022/2023 winter storm damage. Storm events caused severe erosion of the dam face and damage to the roadway. Repairs will include emptying the reservoir, replacement of material on the face of dam, keying-in and benching replacement material to rebuild the dam face, and refilling of the reservoir.

The project is necessary to address unsafe conditions for residents and obstacles for emergency services, and to restore and maintain service essential to public health, safety, and welfare.
