Document Description
The Applicant requests the approval of a Precise Plan allowing the construction of a ~2,500 SF residence with an attached ~600 SF garage on a 3.88 acre parcel zoned Residential Suburban. The new residence will have a maximum height of approximately 26’. Access will be provided to the property via an existing driveway from San Gabriel Road which will be improved and extended towards to the proposed building site. The Project will be served by the Atascadero Mutual Water Company and City sewer which will require connection to an existing domestic water meter and existing sewer main along San Gabriel Road. Incidental electric and natural gas facilities will also be installed to serve the proposed residential use. Earthwork will require ~1,002 CY of cut, 1,108 CY of fill, and 106 CY of import. The applicant additionally proposes the installation of temporary trailer during construction.
