Document Description
SWP #23038 is for the conveyance of up to 10,000 acre-feet of San Luis Water District’s Central Valley Project (CVP) water (Non-Project Water) to KCWA under Article 55 of KCWA’s Water Supply Contract with DWR. This Non-Project Water, acquired by Westside Mutual Water Company, will be delivered to Belridge Water Storage District. This Non-Project Water will be made available by the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) to DWR at O’Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to KCWA’s service area for use in the CVP place of use by February 29, 2024.
