Document Description
This project proposes to rehabilitate pavement on State Route 16 in Yolo County between post miles 21.9-24.9 and 25.5-28.9. Work includes cold in place recycling, Asphalt Concrete overlay, and pavement repair as needed. Shoulder backing will be placed as necessary. Additionally, guardrail will be removed at post miles 22.63 and 28.42. Guardrail will then be constructed at both locations and will be longer than the existing guardrail. Crash cushions will also be installed at post mile 28.42. No ground disturbance will occur. The project will occur within the Caltrans right of way
