Document Description
The proposed project includes the demolition, site clearing, and grading preparation of the project site and the construction, operation, and maintenance of a new industrial building for warehouse distribution, office space, loading docks for truck trailers, and surface parking areas, including 149 automobile parking spaces and 44 truck trailer parking spaces. The proposed project would also create a vehicular circulation system, vehicle drive aisles, utility infrastructure, exterior lighting and signage, and provide roughly 12.5 percent landscape coverage. In total, the proposed project would introduce approximately 334,776 gross square feet of new building floor area (7.7 acres) on 644,688 square feet of lot area (14.8 acres).
