Document Description
DWR and Contractor will perform physical security upgrades at SFD O&M Center, Pearblossom Pumping Plant and Oso Pumping Plant. Upgrades include a new guard shack, power operated impact rated vehicle gates, personnel gates, card reader islands, crash bollards, paved equipment pads, drainage improvements, new camera poles, wire fencing, k-rail installation, door and window hardening. Trenching will occur for utilities. All work will be within DWR right of way.
