Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. EPIMS-SBA-41419-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Santa Barbara County Flood Control District represented by Andrew Raaf. The Project is limited to maintenance and repair activities of a damaged existing oil water separator facility. Maintenance and repairs will be made to an oil water separator unit upstream, an underground oil storage tank downstream, and a gravity fed oil pipeline connecting the two components in order to keep excess oil out of the creek and protect the system from future damage.
