Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-42129-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Howard Dashiell, representing Mendocino County – Department of Transportation. The project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for three (3) geotechnical borings in the floodplain of Outlet Creek. The encroachment work will include removing/modifying riparian vegetation, using a rotary wash drill rig to bore holes four (4) inch to six (6) inch in diameter up to 100 feet deep, incorporating drilling fluids, and backfilling the boreholes.
