Document Description
Subdividing a 30-arce parcel into twenty-two (22) lots. The parcels would range in size from 1.25 to 2.75 acres in size. Access will be located off Old Highway 53 via two roadways. The northern roadway will be greater than 800 feet in length & the southern roadway is approximately 686 feet in length. The width of each roadway will be a minimum of 50 feet & have a turn- around/cul-da-sac.
Note: The project was approved by the City of Clearlake Planning Commission on December 18th, 2023 and by the Clearlake City Council on February 1st, 2024.
