Document Description
The scope of work includes the removal of existing deteriorated asphalt concrete pavement and replacement with a permeable concrete gutter and new asphalt concrete pavement. This will provide a new service life for the alley segment and incorporate stormwater infiltration improvements to capture and treat stormwater runoff and replenish the underground aquifers. Additional stormwater infiltration infrastructure in the form of drywells and bioswales will be installed to effectively captured stormwater that cannot be captured through the use of permeable pavement.
