Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of an approximately 89-foot by 10-foot prefabricated rail-car bridge crossing the Clover Creek historic channel. The bridge will be supported on four (4) steel pilings, set in place with a pile driver. Piles will be placed outside the upper limits of both banks of Clover Creek. Two cranes will lift the prefabricated bridge and place it on the pilings. The steel piles will be welded to 12-inch by 50-inch pile caps. No in-stream work will be required for the installation of the above-mentioned activities, construction activity will occur while the existing drainage are dry. No native riparian vegetation or trees will be removed as a result of project activities.
