The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Professions Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a cannabis cultivation license. The project involves a proposed Commercial Cannabis Cultivation facility at 6411 Hawver Road, Mokelumne Hill, California (APN 016-024-012; 73.7 acres; zoning A1). Electricity is provided to the facility by an existing solar panel system. Irrigation water is stored in a 12,500-gallon storage tank (38.262550 -120.673796). There is no immature canopy, processing or packaging on site.
