Document Description
The project will be located at APNs 016-040-104 and 014-400-043, east of Hwy 70 and in-between Plumas Arboga Road and Plumas Lake Blvd in the Plumas Lake Community. The project will involve stockpiling 2,000 cubic yards (CY) of duff and 20,000 cubic yards of clean soil, which will be sourced from the Friendship Park project on County-owned property. This stockpile will be used for the future Plumas Lake Blvd and Hwy 70 interchange.

The project is exempt pursuant to Section 15304(a) of the California Environmental Quality Act (Minor Alterations of Land). Section 15304 exempts projects that consists of minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes. The project will not feature any grading or alterations in land beyond the temporary storage of materials.
