Document Description
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission, a public body corporate and politic, proposes to enter into a lease with the NORTH BAY REALTY HOLDINGS LLC, a California limited liability company (the Landlord) for office related purposes for premises located at 141 Stony Circle in Santa Rosa. The lease entails plans to fully modify, improve and update approximately 14,790 sf on the second floor of an existing office building (which building contains a total of 66,491 sf), located at 141 Stony Circle. Updates will include a new elevator for access to the second floor, creation of private offices, reception area, construction of office kitchen, and distribution and installation of electrical and data outlets with supplemental cooling unit in IT closet. The term of the lease will be ten years and five months from the Commencement date, expected to occur on or about May 1, 2024.
